As Director of Client Experience at Strategic Financial Solutions (SFS), Linda Kappler leads the firm’s commitment to delivering thoughtful, personalized, and memorable experiences for both Individual and Corporate clients. From a warm welcome at the front desk to milestone celebrations and client appreciation events, Linda ensures every touchpoint reflects SFS’s values of confidence, respect, and integrity.

With over 24 years at SFS, Linda brings unmatched knowledge of the firm, client advocacy, and brand insight. She has held nearly every role in the firm, giving her a deep understanding of how to connect authentically with clients and team members alike. Linda partners closely with firm leadership to deliver high-touch service and support strategic initiatives, while also coordinating impactful group education meetings for our Corporate Retirement Plan clients.
Linda co-chairs the Marketing Committee, leads the Client Experience Committee, and helps shape the firm’s voice across communications, events, and branding. Behind the scenes, she assists in managing office operations and fosters a positive internal culture—making SFS a place where people feel both valued and inspired. Simply put, Linda is the voice, heart, and steady hand of SFS.

Interests and Hobbies
In her free time, Linda and her husband can be found either spending weekends with their grandkids or enjoying biking with family and friends. She enjoys traveling around the Midwest on weekend road trips, meeting new people, and taking in new adventures. She also enjoys traveling to places she hasn’t been before, ask her about “Pack up and Go” and where she ended up. Linda grew up in Cedar Rapids and currently resides there with her husband. They have three grown daughters and the best grandkids. They have two dogs, still at home, Zeke and Daisy, and a black cat named Niles. Linda enjoys the outdoors and keeping up her flower garden.
